Refund policy
We offer no returns & refunds, in any circumstances.
Our parents expect the absolute freshest product from us, and the moment and item leaves our facility and bounces around for a few days/weeks, we cannot take it back & sell it to somebody else.
Our systems automatically process orders and book the couriers as soon as orders are received. An order once placed cannot be refunded.
At the time of publishing (Oct 2025), over 30,000 dogs have enjoyed and thrived on/ with our products.
However we recognise each dog is as unique as its special and if you're unsure of the suitability of our products for your dog(s), you're welcome to start with one of our smaller sizes.
Damages and issues
We use third party services to deliver our products and despite our best efforts and intentions, the occasional item may be damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and record a video of the unboxing/ unpacking process. Please note, sometimes local courier franchisees may unscrupulously change the outer package/envelope and deliver the item. Our items are only shipped after strict quality checks.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective/ damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Fees
All list prices include free shipping to any address in India.
However, when items are not delivered successfully and are returned, we are forced to endure 2-way shipping charges. The return is often more expensive than the forward.
In the event of an item being incorrectly ordered or a shipment being returned to us on account of incorrect shipping information, the following exchange rates apply
1 Kg Bags - ₹200 each
5 Kg Bags - ₹500 each
Parents are welcome to facilitate the exchange by booking the courier themselves as well.
Zero Tolerance
We have a zero tolerance policy against abuse, threats, shouting and any unprofessional exchanges in general. Not withstanding anything in the policy, we will refuse any further exchange with any individuals who treat with us unprofessionally.
